2. Scope of Services

- digital services
- custom projects
- consulting services
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- provide accurate project requirements
- make timely payments
- respond to communication
- provide required resources/data
- maintain lawful use of delivered software
4. Intellectual Property
- All source code, designs, and deliverables remain property of Parusoft Solutions until full payment.
- After payment, ownership/rights are transferred as per project agreement.
5. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of:
- client information
- project files
- credentials
- sensitive business data
Clients must also maintain confidentiality of:
- our processes
- technical documents
- agreements
6. Service Limitations
We are not responsible for:
- third-party service downtime
- force majeure events
- misuse of software by end users
- network/hosting issues outside our control
7. Cancellation
Client may cancel a project anytime, but:
- no refund will be issued for completed or billed work
- cancellation fees may apply based on contract terms
8. Liability Limitation
Parusoft Solutions is not liable for:
- indirect damages
- loss of revenue
- data loss caused by third-party platforms
- misuse of services by the client
