Refund Policy

1. No Refund After Invoice

Once an invoice is generated or payment is made:

🚫 No refund is provided under any circumstances.

This applies to:

• project fees
• service charges
• subscription fees
• maintenance fees
• design/development charges
• consulting fees
• AI integration/setup fees

2. No Partial Refund

Partial refunds are not allowed.

3. Exceptions

Refund allowed only if:

• Duplicate payment
• Accidental double billing

All exceptions must be verified and approved by management.
